Smart Geo Concept is an innovative, premium building engineering solution created and operated by Anpast Europroject Kft. The service has been designed primarily to meet the heating and cooling needs of commercial properties.
The project’s key professional and financial partner is the Demján Sándor Capital Program, implemented by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) with the involvement of the National Asset Holding (NTH) and the Hungarian Development Bank (MFB).

At the heart of the Smart Geo Concept lies our group’s registered breakthrough patent, based on highly efficient shallow geothermal technology. Our innovation focuses on the design of the well, enabling the reversal of the flow direction within the wells. This prevents clogging and overheating of the aquifer lens, ensuring long-term, sustainable operation.

Our service primarily involves converting the heating and cooling systems of commercial properties to highly energy-efficient shallow-depth geothermal heat pump technology with outstanding COP performance.

Within the project, the Smart Geo team provides a fully integrated solution, including:

• design of the energy-efficiency investment,
• permitting processes,
• implementation and construction,
• financing,
• and, if required, long-term operation under a purchase agreement where profit derives from energy savings.

For the client, this means there is no need to provide investment capital or project management resources. Payments are based on actual consumption and applicable energy prices during the given period. In addition, clients benefit from discounts compared to fossil energy prices, and—importantly—the project enables them to comply with upcoming ESG regulations.
